Experience— Officer of the Central Government / State Government / Central Public Sector Undertakings / State Public Sector Undertakings / Central and State Autonomous Bodies having minimum 13 years of regular Group-A service or equivalent; and
A) holding analogous posts on regular basis

B) holding post of Executive Engineer / Senior Manager / Deputy Chief Engineer in Level – 12 (Rs. 78800 - 209200) of pay matrix of 7th CPC or equivalent with minimum 05 years of regular service in the grade.
